Ms. Swift is responsible for oversight of the enterprise risk management and corporate compliance practices and programs at Foreside, which include information security, data privacy, business continuity, code of ethics, and foreign corrupt practices and anti-corruption. Prior to joining Foreside, she worked in a business and securities law group and also managed the legal department for a division of the FL Department of Revenue. She currently serves as a governing body member of a Boston-based CISO coalition organized by Evanta, a Gartner Company.
