Mr. Edelman oversees the due diligence of a variety of financial products, clients, vendors, and business constituents. He has been a practicing attorney since 2010. Prior to joining Foreside, he was an associate with Paul Weiss LLP, providing counsel in connection with regulatory compliance, financial litigations, contractual disputes, shareholder derivative and securities class actions. He holds a FINRA Series 7 registration.
