Mr. Smith supports legal matters pertaining to Foreside and serves as counsel to Foreside’s distributors and provides legal guidance on compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Foreside he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Peter G. Cary of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and worked as a staff accountant at Baker Newman & Noyes and a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant.
