Ms. Watson supports legal matters pertaining to Foreside and serves as counsel to Foreside’s distributors and provides legal guidance on compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Foreside, she concentrated her practice on financial services and litigation and was co-managing counsel for the Maine office of a multi-state law firm and senior counsel for a national bank and its subsidiaries.
