Ms. Peters serves as an outsourced FINOP and Accounting Consultant for Foreside clients. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in Broker-Dealer financial reporting. She prepares monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory accounting filings for over twenty Broker-Dealers, including net capital computations, FOCUS filings, SIPC filings and full disclosure annual financial statements for annual outside auditors. She holds FINRA Series 28 and 99 registrations, and is a CPA.
